NIS2 | Who is Affected?
NIS2 affects all member states of the European Union, as it establishes requirements and regulations that must be adhered to by entities within those states.
- Companies or organisations that employ more than 49 people or companies or
- Organisations with a turnover or total assets exceeding 10 million euros per year
The CER Directive includes entities deemed as ”essential”.
