Advisense acquires German ARREBA and strengthens the position in Europe

Today, Advisense is proud to announce the acquisition of ARREBA Consulting GmbH, a German consultancy firm specialized in risk management and regulatory reporting. Through the acquisition, Advisense strengthens its position as a leading governance, risk and compliance expert powerhouse in Europe.

Advisense is continuing the journey towards becoming a leading European GRC powerhouse.

Germany is an important market for Advisense, and today we are proud to present the acquisition of ARREBA, which will strengthen and expand our German as well as our global service offering within risk management and regulatory reporting.

ARREBA GmbH is a German regulatory expert company, founded in 2016, with a service offering covering regulatory reporting, testing, IT-related projects and general risk management services to German companies within the financial services industry. ARREBA is a well-renowned and well-established consultancy firm in the German market with 33 employees, based in Munich.

The excellent fit between the service offerings of Advisense and ARREBA has been a driving factor behind the decision to join the two companies and form a stronger business going forward. As a result, Advisense will have more than 160 experts in risk management, out of which 50 are focused on the regulatory reporting domain. Through the merger, Advisense will be able to speed up international expansion, increase sales- and cross sales capacity, broaden the risk offering in Germany as well as providing an even stronger value proposition to our clients independently of location.

I am very happy to be able to welcome ARREBA to the Advisense group. With ARREBA we are now around 40 skilled regulatory reporting and risk management consultants in Germany, which is a large and interesting market for us. I very much look forward to working with the ARREBA team in developing our global service offering in regulatory reporting and expanding our business in Germany.Christine Ehnström, Group CEO at Advisense
