FCG advises Borgo in acquisition of mortgage portfolio
FCG has advised Borgo AB (publ) (“Borgo”) in connection with Borgo’s acquisition of a mortgage portfolio from Sparbanken Syd.
FCG has advised Borgo in relation to a review of credit quality and anti-money laundering (AML) in connection with Borgo’s acquisition of a mortgage portfolio of approx. 3,1 bn SEK from Sparbanken Syd.
The team of the assignment was managed by Christine Ehnström (Managing Director), Patrik Schéele (Director), Erika af Sandeberg (Director) and Ronny Gustavsson (Director).
