In June, FCG made a public offer to acquire Transcendent Group. During the summer, the process has been completed successfully and Transcendent Group are now part of the FCG family.
Transcendent Group forms a new Business Area in the FCG Group, and consequently FCG now has five Business Areas – Financial Services, Funds, Insurance, Tech Solutions and Transcendent Group. We are now approximately 400 employees in seven European markets, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Lithuania, Belgium and Germany, serving customers with GRC services in different industries.
I am thrilled to welcome my new colleagues from Transcendent Group. Together, we are the largest independent GRC company and thought leader in the Nordics. Overall, we become an even better partner to our clients and strengthen our ability to attract the best experts.
