”In my years working in the banking sector, I have followed FCG closely. The people culture, the group’s ambitions and their joint vision were all instrumental in me making the move. My role as head of Business Areas Finance is right down my alley, and it is a challenge I really look forward to taking on.”
Jimmi Brink, Partner and Head of Sales at FCG, highlights Julia’s character and wide ranging experience in the field as key elements of her joining FCG:
“Julia is a great addition to the group. She is the perfect fit in regards to her set of values and she shares our leadership philosophy. She also complements the team with her background in risk, credit portfolio analysis, treasury and investor relations. Julia recognizes the challenges that the financial sector is facing in the coming years, and believes that FCG needs to continue their growth by finding the best talent as well as asking the right questions early:
“The world is changing at an ever-increasing speed, and the industry needs to be quick on their feet in handling the challenges of tomorrow: What happens when the price of money increases while we are going into a recession? How does the role of banks change with the introduction of e-currency? What will happen to the market as we go from a negative to positive interest rates, and how many of todays’ players have experienced a market of increased interest rates? What possibilities does the future technological landscape bring? I look forward to answering those, and many more, exciting questions together with my new colleagues at FCG.”
