Advisense has advised Sambla Group AB in its Swedish credit institution license application
Advisense has advised Sambla Group AB in its application for authorisation as a credit institution under the Swedish Banking and Financing Business Act. The authorisation was granted by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) on 8 June 2026.
We supported Sambla throughout the authorisation process, including regulatory, governance, risk management and compliance advisory services.
