ARREBA becomes Advisense – strengthening its presence in Germany
Following the acquisition announced 10th June 2025, ARREBA officially becomes Advisense today, 31 December 2025.
This name change marks a significant step in the integration process, establishing a European Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) powerhouse with a strengthened presence in Germany and an expanded service offering across Europe. This means that ARREBA going forward will operate as Advisense GmbH, aligning the legal entity name with the Advisense brand.
This marks an important step in our European growth journey. By joining forces, ARREBA and Advisense combine strong local expertise in Germany with our broader capabilities across Governance, Risk and Compliance. This also increases our ECB and regulatory reporting expertise, areas where demand and expectations continue to grow. ARREBA Consulting GmbH is a German regulatory expert company, founded in 2016, with a service offering covering Risk Management, IT and Regulatory Reporting services for financial institutions in Germany.
Advisense has more than 140 experts in risk management, of which 50 focus on the regulatory reporting. Through this integration, Advisense has accelerated its international expansion, broadened its risk management offering in Germany, and will be able to deliver enhanced value to clients through a more comprehensive GRC capability.
