Advisense Advises Arktika Capital AB on Swedish Banking Licence Application
Advisense has advised Arktika Capital AB in its application for authorisation as a credit institution under the Swedish Banking and Financing Business Act. The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) granted the authorisation on December 3 2025.
Advisense’s assignment team was managed by Jimmi Brink, Managing Director, and Daniel Hemselius, Director, together with subject matter experts Jonas Ljungqvist, Adam Alsterskär, Ronny Gustavsson and Tone Bergfelt.
