Sofia Stenius-Linna appointed CEO of FCG Risk & Compliance Oy
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sofia Stenius-Linna as CEO of FCG Risk & Compliance Oy, country manager of FCG Finland and Head of Risk, Compliance and Finance Finland.
Sofia Stenius-Linna has been Head of the Legal & Compliance team in Finland since joining FCG Risk & Compliance Oy in 2021. Sofia has previous experience as Head of Compliance and Head of Legal in United Bankers Group and from SEB Finland. Sofia succeeds Pekka Pykäri, who has decided to pursue his career outside the group.
FCG Risk & Compliance Oy opened its office in Finland in 2019 and joined forces with Transcendent Group in Finland in 2022. Today, the Finnish office has 35 consultants, serving clients in both the financial sector and non-financial sector as well as the public sector. The areas of expertise covered by the Finnish team spans from risk management, including actuarial and analytical services, legal and compliance, financial crime prevention, information and cyber security and privacy to internal audit.
Since she started, Sofia has built a strong business within legal and compliance in Finland. The combination of her network in the Finnish financial sector, her expertise within governance and compliance and her leadership qualities makes Sofia the perfect choice to continue Pekka’s excellent work and take our business in Finland to the next level
